This certification allows you to validate your financial institution's adherence to internationally recognized customer protection standards (CPS).

To obtain the CPS certification, a quantitative and qualitative assessment is performed. It is based on 8 international standards and 153 indicators, where the entity achieves one of three levels of recognition according to its degree of compliance: Gold, Silver and Bronze. The certification is valid for 3 years.
