Work shouldn't be this fun, but it sure was at our recent Talkin' Town Talk shoot. Before I interviewed local blues musicians Ben Chute and Brandon Stallard from the popular wedding band Cryin’ Out Loud, our summer production intern Vanessa Albert sat down for a lighting check. I asked her how her summer is going, and she said, "I love LCTV!". We feel the same way about her. Vanessa's positive energy, enthusiasm, and great ideas are an asset to the station.

The behind-the-scenes shot above shows how much goes into our on-location shoots - but our talented team makes it all look easy.

Claw Down and Fishin' for Fashion Specials This Weekend

This weekend, we're pleased to premiere two of our four "Bloomin' Boothbay" specials: the first features the June 15 Claw Down lobster bite competition and the second is about the June 17 Fishin' for Fashion fundraiser (see details below). We're really grateful to our local business Sponsors who made these shows possible.

We're sad to share that our Production Director Tyler Davis is moving on from LCTV. He's been an integral, essential part of the team for the past three and a half years.

We wish him all the best for his future endeavors.

Cap your weekend with an LCTV Special about the 2023 Fishin’ for Fashion fundraiser. The June 17, 2023 event was held at The Shipyard in Boothbay Harbor with creations made from fishing industry materials and gear.
