We completed PX2 and learned to write clearer goals and  envision what we want to achieve.
We learned about lean manufacturing concepts first by watching a video and then running our own simulation of an assembly line. We assembled Herschey Bar Invitations to give out to prospective students. In each round we learned valuable management tricks to increase productivity.

Jim Dietz, former owner of Jolly Roger Games, discussed Kickstarter and his decision to sell his company to a larger gaming business called Ultrapro. He challenged the students to always ask "Why?" and identify their ultimate objective of the business.
