The graduation festivities will feature a presentation of diplomas, senior speeches, student performances, a keynote address by the Chief Design Officer for Nike and the Jordan Brand, Jason Mayden, and more. This culminating event provides the perfect opportunity to honor our talented seniors one last time as they graduate from CSArts-SGV and move on to the next chapter of their lives.

Graduation tickets, along with caps, gowns, tassels, medallions, and more, will be distributed to seniors on Monday, May 20 and Tuesday, May 21 during Lunch in the CSArts-SGV Cafeteria.
Student Services is unable to maintain a waitlist or take requests for additional tickets. Seniors who do not need all of their tickets are encouraged to give their extra tickets to their classmates who need them (please note that ticket reselling is strictly prohibited). VIP tickets are nontransferable.

There are two levels at the auditorium, the main floor (ground) and a large balcony area. Families without mobility needs are encouraged to use the stairs to access the balcony, as there is no elevator. Guests with mobility concerns or accessibility needs should utilize the main floor of the auditorium. Guests with VIP tickets will proceed to the VIP seating area in front of the stage. |

On the evening of graduation, we recommend that our CSArts-SGV families utilize this parking map to find appropriate parking. Parking for guests will be across the street from the graduation venue at the Gateway Plaza parking structure (300 N. Lake Avenue, Pasadena, CA 91101) and costs $3 per car. A shuttle service will be available from the parking structure to the venue, or families can walk the 0.3 miles from the structure to the graduation venue.
Keep in mind that the Metro A Line (Gold Line) stops right at Lake Avenue and is a great transportation option. If you or a family member, due to mobility or wheelchair needs, require accessible parking and do not already have a Disabled Person (DP) or Disabled Veteran (DV) placard or license plate, please fill out this form to request parking closer to the facility. The deadline to submit this form is Friday, May 17.

We ask that you please be mindful of the following guidelines to ensure a positive graduation experience for all:
- No balloons, large signs, banners, umbrellas, or other equipment that will block the sight lines of other guests are permitted at the ceremony.
- No flowers are permitted inside the auditorium. All flowers/balloons/signs must be dropped off at designated tables in the lobby and may be picked up after the ceremony.
- No air horns or noise-making devices are permitted at the ceremony.
- You may bring water, but no other food or beverages will be allowed in the facility.
- At the conclusion of the graduation ceremony, families should meet their graduated seniors near their specific conservatory flag on the front patio of the facility.

A Note From the Soon-To-Be Senior Class of 2025 Parent Team:
Congratulations to our graduating 2024 Senior Class! This is truly a special day, and we want to help make this day even more special for our CSArts-SGV grads and families. The Support Our Seniors (SOS) 2025 Parent Team is pre-selling customized CSArts-SGV graduation gifts, including leis, stuffed animals, flowers, keychains, and more! Graduation gifts are currently being offered at discounted prices (prices will increase at the ceremony), and orders will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited quantities. Please click here to pre-order your items by Friday, May 17.
Graduation gifts will be available for pick-up at graduation on Friday, May 31 by 6 p.m. at the SOS Will Call booth. Please note that flowers will not be allowed inside the venue and will be available for pick-up at the end of the ceremony. The SOS booth will also be selling snacks and beverages starting at 6 p.m. All proceeds will support the rising Senior Class of 2025 and the Class of 2025 Parent Team.

Seniors should be reminded that the mandatory graduation pre-rehearsal will be held in the Duarte Performing Arts Center (PAC) on the CSArts-SGV campus on Thursday, May 30 from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. The rehearsal will be held on Friday, May 31 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Lake Avenue Church in Pasadena. Seniors do not need to bring their caps and gowns for the rehearsals.
