CARES Act Funding to Support Small Businesses Impacted by COVID-19

The package includes $125 million in CARES Act funding to provide grants to small businesses with no more than 25 employees. The grant funding will help businesses pay for a variety of expenses, including mortgage or rent payments; utility payments; salaries, wages, or compensation for employees and contractors; business supplies or equipment. The application for the Small Business Relief Program is available now at businesshelp.ohio.gov.

Business Recycling Directory

Want to know where and how to recycle cardboard or fluorescent bulbs? The Solid Waste District's Recycling Directory for Business & Industry lists companies that recycle, reuse or compost a wide variety of waste materials produced by businesses and institutions in Cuyahoga County. Because Cuyahoga County has a highly developed recycling and composting infrastructure, businesses have the opportunity to recycle more and landfill less than anywhere else in Ohio. Doing so will reduce your company's waste disposal costs -- proving that what’s good for business can also be good for our environment.

is underway

Local shoppers can pick up a passport at any of the destinations above and begin taking advantage of the BOGO offers, discounts and giveaways. The Passports are free and the campaign will continue through November 30, 2020 with a virtual drawing for passport travelers who received ten or more stamps in their Passports on December 12.
