From November 16 to December 16, 2022, the City of Palo Alto Utilities is conducting a survey of our commercial, other non-residential, and Key Account customers. This survey aims to measure customer satisfaction levels and opinions, as well as identify opportunities to improve the services and programs we provide to all of you.
