New art installed near Rogers Bridge inside Cauley Creek Park

Next time you visit Cauley Creek Park, check out the new art installation that has been completed near Rogers Bridge!

Artist Ilan Averbuch created “The Bridge” sculpture, which is made of steel from the original, historic Rogers Bridge structure.

Prior to its removal, pieces of the original steel pin truss bridge were preserved and repurposed as both art and history. The new bridge, a replica of the original, opened this past summer and re-established pedestrian and cycling connectivity over the Chattahoochee River between Cauley Creek Park and Rogers Bridge Park in Gwinnett County.
