July 11 2023

The CleanStart Mobile Hygiene Unit provides shower and laundry services to our unhoused neighbors at five sites across the Tri-Cities, 11 times a week. Both of our Age Well Centers also offer the use of their showers on weekdays.

When someone accesses these services, they are offered new clothing to put on after their shower or while their other clothes are being washed. To help keep up with requests, the CleanStart team keeps a supply of clothing and other items on hand. We still need many items from our updated needs list.

Items most needed are t-shirts, sweatpants, leggings (sizes Small to XXL), and backpacks. If you are interested in donating items, you can view the complete needs list, which includes donation instructions here.
