4th Annual Easton Winter Village

sees over 56,000 attendees!

Thank you to everyone who made this year's holiday marketplace in Centre Square a success. We saw a few rainy days but still had over 56,000 attendees!

Thank you to everyone who attended, the hut vendors and food trucks, performers, our many community volunteers, our event partners, city employees (especially the Department of Public Works which sets up and tears down the huts and skating rink), and the nonprofit Greater Easton Development Partnership for managing the event.

Special thanks to all of this year's sponsors, including Lehigh Valley Health Network as the Presenting Sponsor.

6th Annual Karl Stirner Arts Trail Winter Solstice Walk

The weather is looking great for tomorrow's Karl Stirner Arts Trail 6th Annual Winter Solstice Walk. A free community event for adults and children on Thursday, 12/21 from 4:30-5:30 pm.

It kicks off at Thrive Easton, located in the Simon Silk Mill, at 4:30 pm with the reading of two new children’s books about the winter solstice while participants enjoy hot chocolate.

Then Jeremy Joseph of the Big Easy Easton Brass Band and his trumpet will musically lead the group across the candlelit pedestrian bridge to the arts trail. Following the music, there will be a poetry reading about winter and a prose reading about hope and the return of light.
