CHINO, CA (March 22, 2024) -- Join scores of your fellow community members as we celebrate health, wellness, and our four-legged friends at the annual Healthy Family Day on Saturday, April 6, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Ruben S. Ayala Park, 5575 Edison Avenue.  

In partnership with the Chino Valley YMCA, Healthy Family Day is a free and fun event focused on the promotion of physical fitness and nutrition for the entire family. This year’s Healthy Family Day features a superhero theme, and families are encouraged to dress up in their best superhero attire!  

Healthy Family Day will feature exciting entertainment for everyone, including: 

• Kids’ activities 
• Health, fitness, and nutrition information 
• Wellness screenings 
• Fitness demonstrations 
• Environmental information 
• Obstacle courses 
• Delicious food vendors 
• Raffles 
• And more! 

Healthy Family Day will also feature exciting activities for dog lovers, including pet adoption opportunities, a best trick contest, a dog photo booth, and more.
