Celebrate National Preparedness Month at the Chino Cares Emergency Preparedness Fair 

CHINO, CA (August 16, 2024) -- In celebration of National Preparedness Month, the City of Chino is inviting the public to learn all about safety at the Chino Cares Emergency Preparedness Fair on Saturday, September 7, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Chino Civic Center, 13220 Central Avenue.  


The Chino Cares Emergency Preparedness Fair is a fun and family-friendly event focused on empowering the community to properly prepare for disasters or emergencies. The event will feature tons of fun activities, including emergency preparedness demonstrations, touch-a-truck displays, emergency supplies, informational booths, local vendors, giveaways, and more. 


“The Chino Cares Emergency Preparedness Fair provides our community with a valuable opportunity to come together and gain the knowledge and resources needed to build a stronger, more resilient community,” said Chino Mayor Eunice Ulloa. “We encourage everyone to attend and take steps towards becoming better prepared.”
