are gearing up for a busy restaurant month this September.
Flavor Palm Beach is Palm Beach County's oldest and original restaurant month that runs every September.
You can check out the list of 2023 Flavor Palm Beach restaurants HERE.
Participating restaurants run a special 3-course prix fixe menu between September 1-30, and Flavor promotes the restaurants with a comprehensive media plan that includes a variety of print, digital and social media starting in August.

Ares Management bought Ceru, the 284-unit apartment building sold for $139.7 million, making the biggest multifamily sale in South Florida so far this year. The deal breakds down to $491,858 per unit, as reported by The Real Deal.

The Greenhouse buildings, located on Federal Highway, totaling 93,000 square feet of office space, sold for $16 million, as reported by South Florida Business Journal. The properties were purchased for a total of $11.35 million in two separate real estate transactions that took place in 2012 and 2020.

Thanks to the efforts of Career Source of Palm Beach County
Palm Beach County’s unemployment rate, as reported on June 21, 2024, saw a sharp drop to 2.9%,
signaling a robust economy.
In May 2024, non-agricultural employment in the county reached a high of 702,400, an increase of 11,700 jobs (+1.7%) over the year. Construction, education and health services, government, and manufacturing industries in PBC grew faster than the statewide average, with the education and health services industry experiencing the fastest annual job growth at 6.0%.
