Palm Beach County Employment

Thanks to the efforts of Career Source of Palm Beach County
Palm Beach County’s unemployment rate, as reported on March 11 2024, is holding at 3.3 percent.
PBC's rate remains lower than the national rage - the county's rate has remained below the nations for over three years.
The total non-agricultural employment in the county reached a high of 695,400, an increase of 11,000 jobs (+1.6%) over the year. PBC has the second fastest annual job growth rate compared to all the metro areas in the state in education and health services (+6.0%); construction (5.2%); and government (5.3%) industries.
