The Farmers Market is officially in bloom! We're all about plants this weekend. We're expecting lots of vendors; here are just a few highlights: | |

Country Blooms is a family-run greenhouse located in Rockville MO, about 80 miles south of Kansas City and has been part of our Farmers Market since 2009. They grow lots of spring flowers including hanging baskets, patio pots, and plants for container plantings. Their specialty is houseplants, tropical plants, cacti and succulents. They’re always on the lookout for unusual or unique plants to add to their amazing collection!

McFarland's Plants & Vegetables is a third-generation truck farm located 17 miles east of Kansas City in Parkville and has been selling at the Farmers Market for more than 90 years! They grow a wide variety of fruits and vegetables as well as herbs, succulents, vegetable plants, bedding plants, and hanging baskets. Their selection is ever-expanding and changes throughout the season so come back often!

Bird's Botanicals is a family-owned orchid cultivating business that has been a vendor with the Farmers Market for more than two decades. Over the years, in addition to a wide variety of award winning orchids, their offering has grown to include various types of exotic plants: succulents, aroids, tropicals, elephant ears, cannas, bananas, and even carnivorous plants. Every week is a new plant adventure.

Flores Farms is a woman-owned farm in Manhattan KS. Not only do they make the 123-mile haul every weekend to bring you a huge array of plants and vegetables, but their staffers are the friendliest in the biz! Stop by for gorgeous produce and a lots of smiles.
