Enhanced Library Card Program |
The El Paso Public Library is proud to announce the launch of their Enhanced Library Card Program in collaboration with City of El Paso Leaders, El Paso County Leaders, and Border Network for Human Rights.
The Enhanced Library Card (ELC) is a free full-service library card for all City and County of El Paso residents aged 18 and older. This card not only grants you access to our libraries but also serves as a supplementary form of identification at City and County offices, with the option for private organizations to register as program partners.
To get your ELC, make sure to bring proof of identification and residence within El Paso County to the following branch libraries:

The City is inviting the community to a series of public meetings to capture additional feedback from residents and businesses about the municipal services most meaningful them.
The meetings are part of the City’s annual Chime In! public engagement campaign designed to involve residents in the budget development process.

New Deadline to Submit Applications!

The Neighborhood Improvement Plan (NIP) provides the opportunity for Recognized Neighborhood Associations and Civic Associations to request small-scale permanent physical improvement projects to enhance the quality of life in their neighborhoods. The intent is to facilitate an organized process for residents to have direct input on physical improvements in their neighborhood.
