Carl will present from his personal experience as as the founder and current president of the Faith Based Security Network which has become the leading security network for churches nationwide.

After being a hostage in 1996 at Focus on the Family, and his church coming under attack in 2007, his passion for protecting ministries was forged.

Carl's presentation,"WHOLEHEARTED," will conclude this event followed by a panel discussion Q&A.

Eric Williams

Eric is a dedicated leader with a multifaceted background in operations management, executive protection & security, risk management, and community engagement. He is the COO of Brown Missionary Baptist Church and the Faith Based Security Network is honored to have Eric serve on our Board of Directors as well.

Eric's presentation, "GRASS ROOTS: STARTING A CHURCH SAFETY TEAM" will highlight the importance of finding the right security director and team, how to build and teach them.
