ALERT -- DUNYA ENTERS U.S.

BLANKETS TO INDIA - PERSECUTION VICTIMS

DUNYA IS IN THE UNITED STATES!!

Dunya, her family, and translator's family in Atlanta airport after leaving immigration.

On Saturday, Sept 16, 2023, Dunya Azizi and her family entered the United States at Atlanta International Airport.  Dunya and her family are Afghan refugees.  They have worked almost 4 months to gain legal entrance into the United States because 8-year-old Dunya needs radical heart surgery to save her life.

ORH volunteers greet her family, and ORH Lead Physician, Dr. Stephen Dersch, as they exit immigration at the Atlanta airport. It is very late and little Dunya clings to her mother because she not accustomed to such spotlight attention.

Now the process begins to prepare for the surgery Dunya needs.

Pray, that all goes well for Dunya.

Dunya, like all children, clings to her mother because she is not accustomed to such "spotlight" attention.

ORH lead physician, Dr. Stephen Dersch, arrives with Dunya's family, and are greeted by ORH volunteer, Joe Crane.

The riots in Manipur which lead to more than 100 hundred churches burned by anti-Christian mobs. ORH has sent $10,000.00 to help the victims of the attacks. This is a report by Pastor Athem in Siliguri.

"Relief activities we're also done for the Maunipur riot victims. We were able to help 590 plus families of both Kukis and Meiteis. The ORH had helped us financially to provide for these victims in Manipur. We are in need of more funds for 557 families/individuals warm blankets for the victims in Maunipur."

"Dear Dr. Jan, Greetings from India. I am so thankful to God for all the extraordinary relief activities which we had done in the midst of war like communal conflicts in Manipur. It was no easy and most people were not able to travel to the places where I went to distribute the relief materials. At present we are urgently in need of 557 warm blankets as the winter is fast approaching soon. Thank you so much for your generosity. Here are some pictures in addition to what I have provided earlier."

Because of the blankets needed for winter ORH is sending Pastor Athem a much needed $4000.00.

Pray for these Christians facing a hard winter of need. Below are pictures of those receiving the relief supplies.
