Christian HELP joins the rest of our nation in saluting our fallen heroes on this Memorial Day.

We are grateful for their service and sacrifice.

We wish you all a safe, memorable, and blessed holiday weekend.

Christian HELP works with anyone interested in finding a job or a better job. Our care managers serve job seekers with decades of experience or none at all.

Ian was one of those clients. He came to us earlier this year, nearing the end of his studies for a degree in civil engineering. Ian was about to graduate and wanted to get his first job as soon as possible. When Ian first turned to Christian HELP, he was concerned about a lack of prior work experience.

Ian needed help and hope.

"I don't know how to look for a job. This is my first one and I wish I had done some internships while I was in school."

His care manager encouraged Ian and reminded him that God has a plan and purpose. He also worked with Ian to maximize his resume, practice interviewing skills, and shared insight for where and how to look for jobs.

Ian's confidence grew. He had a plan and knew what he had to offer a future employer. He just graduated and received a job offer as an Entry-Level Civil Engineer right here in Casselberry.

"I could not have done it without the people at Christian HELP. They were so supportive of me when I needed it. I felt like they genuinely cared about me and my future."

Your partnership with us opens the doors for people like Ian.
Christian HELP is working every day to prevent homelessness and empower family independence. Our food pantry prevents hunger and food insecurity for thousands every year. It also provides a way for families to reduce their expenses while going through financial hardship. The need is great and Christian HELP depends on volunteers to serve the community through our food pantry products and services.

Here’s how you can be a part of something good:
  • Be a Food Sorter to ensure the quality of perishables clients receive.
  • Be a Food Packer to prepare orders for individuals and families.
  • Be a Greeter to welcome clients and impart dignity to them.
  • Be a Stock Room Organizer to maximize the pantry space for efficiency.

We’d love to hear from you! It can be one day per week, or as you have the time. If you have the heart to serve, we want to talk about your availability. Please contact Tracie Searles via email at Tracies@christianhelp.org or by calling 407-834-4022 x224.
