Families Helping Families (FHF) are family-directed resource centers that serve all parishes in Louisiana. FHF provides information/referral, training/education, and peer-to-peer and advocacy support on issues related to disability and children with special needs.
FHF’s goal is to provide families with the knowledge, support and confidence needed to advocate for you or your family member. FHF works with the Bureau of Family Health to ensure families in our communities, especially families of children with special needs, are linked to needed support services in their community.
The findings from the annual Child Health & Community Services Survey are used to identify programs and/or supports that are of a great benefit to families and identify any regional service gaps. The information from the survey enables the networks to identify community resources to fill potential gaps.
Please complete the 13 question survey, time estimate is 4-5 minutes to complete.
The survey is totally confidential and does not collect or save your email or personal information.
If you want a FHF representative to follow-up with you, you are welcome to leave your contact at the end of the survey.
Leaving your contact information is your choice.
Thank you again for your time and consideration.
