I mportant reminders:
Meet the Teacher Night - Thursday 8/17 5:30-7:00pm.  This is a come and go event where students can tour the building and meet their teachers.  Schedules should be ready to hand out at this time.
Friday is also our community wide Back to School Bash on downtown Main Street 6:30-8:30pm

Please read the important information below about signing up for our new parent portal system.  Rest assured that any student enrolled last year is still in our system.  The registration process is our online way of updating records and saving you from having to fill out paper forms.  The information below should provide assistance and answer questions.  Thank you for your patience as we make this significant transition.

REGISTRATION FOR 2017-18 OPTIONS

While many successful online registrations have been completed, we know that some parents prefer paper packets. As a result, we are reintroducing paper packets as another option for registration for 2017-18. Online registration will remain open, giving you the choice of online or paper registration. Either way, we look forward to the school year and your registration status will not affect your child’s class list or scheduling. If you have already completed online registration, you do not need to do anything further for registration. 

REGISTRATION OPTIONS
  1. All new and returning students can register online at www.rcisd.org/studentregistration
  2. All returning students can print a paper packet at home and return it to school
  3. All new students can enroll online at www.rcisd.org/enroll then either register online or on paper


WHERE TO GET PAPER PACKETS?
  • Print it out HERE on our Registration Website in English and Spanish
  • Pick one up at Meet the Teacher Night at the elementary and intermediate schools
  • Pick one up at RCMS schedule pick up
  • Visit any campus office or central administration
  • All RCHS students will be sent home with one on the first day of school if needed


ONLINE REGISTRATION SUPPORT

RCISD will hold an Online Registration Support Lab on Tuesday, August 15 from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the RCISD Epps Administration Building located at 810 Old Greenville Rd. Our team will provide you with log in credentials and registration support. We can help you merge students into a single account and show you what Qmlativ Family Access can do for you. You can also email your Online Registration and Qmlativ Questions to FamilyAccessSupport@rcisd.org. 


WHAT'S NEXT AFTER REGISTRATION?

Whether you register online or on paper, you will be provided with access to Qmaltiv Family Access or Parent Portal. This will be your hub for tracking student grades, assignments, attendance and more. Online registrants already have access to this tool. Paper registrants will be issued their login credentials in a few weeks as our staff will enter your data manually into the system.
