Early Bird Registration for the 2024-2025 School Year:

Special thanks to 72 families for registering early for the 2024-25 school year. The Early Bird discount of $250 per child (family maximum $1,000) will be applied to your 2024-25 tuition statement in July. 

Please note that your $200 registration fee is reflected on the most recent tuition statement. We hope that all of our returning families will end the month of May with a credit of -$200 (or more) on their tuition statement. 

If you haven’t registered, the next deadline to register is May 15 for regular pricing on tuition. After May 15 our late fee of $200 per child (family maximum $800) will apply to 2024-25 school registrations.

You may pay the $200/family registration fee by check at the school office or by credit card on the school website. For questions, please contact Mrs. Fassbender in the school office. By registering early, you help us plan more efficiently for the next school year.

Reminder: There is a link at the top of the registration form to pay the $200 registration fee online. Unfortunately, your registration won't be completed until the registration fee is paid. The fee will be deducted from your tuition bill.

Want to save $500 off tuition? Refer a family; You can help our school family grow!

Current families can receive the $500 referral credit for each new family they refer who subsequently enrolls their student(s) at AND whose student(s) attend(s) St. Gabriel Parish School. Click HERE to see more ways to save on tuition.

Tuition Statements:

We emailed your monthly 2023-24 tuition statements on Friday, April 5, 2024. If you have not done so already, please make arrangements to pay your 2023-24 tuition in full by May 15, 2024.

Tuition Assistance:

Are you eager to gain insights into middle school life at St. Gabriel? No matter the age of your child, we extend a warm invitation to all families.

• You will learn about our middle school with an engaging presentation led by our vibrant middle school teachers and Mrs. Lestina.

• You will gain invaluable insights from our wonderful alumni as they share their experiences transitioning to high school and reflect on their time in middle school at St. Gabriel.

• But that's not all. You will be able to learn about educational opportunities beyond middle school with representatives from both public and private high schools in the area. Engage in meaningful discussions and discover the many pathways available for your child's continued academic journey.

And to make this event even more enjoyable, we will be serving light refreshments while you connect with fellow parents, alumni, and educators.

Dress Code:

Reminder: Per our dress code policy, Monday, April 15th is the first day that students may wear their uniform shorts to school again. Please see the policy below to review which shorts are dress code compliant. Please remember St. Gabriel spirit wear athletic shorts can be changed into for gym class (for students in grades 5-8) but may not be worn to school for the day.

School Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Needed:

Since our beloved Mrs. Fassbender is retiring at the end of this school year, we have begun searching to fill her position. The complete job posting can be found HERE or on the Archdiocese website under careers. If you know of anyone who is qualified and may be interested, please send them our way. Thank You!

2024-2025 School Calendar:

Please see the link below for the 2024-2025 school year calendar. Next school year, our Christmas break is a little longer and spring break times are a little different than usual. This is because Christmas falls on a Wednesday this year and Easter is very late (April 20th).

After-School Care Learning Program:

After School Care sign up for April is now closed. You may sign up for May on April 15. Don't forget to please pack a snack for your child/ren.

$crip Certificates:

Our Scrip Year closes on April 30. Please order your Scrip this month to receive credits on your 2023-24 tuition statement. Scrip will continue to be sold at the school office and after weekend Masses. Your Scrip rebates earned May 1-Aug 30 will be reflected on your September tuition statement. For questions about our Scrip program, please email Laura Rogacki, lrogacki@stgabrielhubertus.org.

$crip certificates are the perfect gifts for Mother's Day, Father's Day, birthdays, graduation, anniversaries, and thank yous. You may purchase $crip cards in the school office Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m., after weekend Masses, or online.

Interested in learning more about buying online certificates using the RAISE RIGHT app? Please contact Laura Rogacki in the Parish Office (262-628-1141) for the program code. 

Already have an account with RaiseRight? Please place your special orders online by 8 a.m. Monday mornings to have them filled by Thursday (excluding holiday weeks).

Box Tops:

So far from July 2023 - present we have raised $280.10 from the Box Tops program by simply scanning shopping receipts. It's a super easy-peasy fundraiser! Box Tops are worth $.10 each and they add up fast! Twice a year, our school receives a check to help pay for whatever we need - equipment, supplies, or experiences the kids love!

SCHOOL EVENTS

This week at St. Gabriel!

On our first day back after Easter break, our students raised the Alleluia on Monday! Check out all the beautiful butterflies the children colored and placed on our school cross.

Our middle school students were able to get outside on Monday to experience the solar eclipse. They saw the maximum coverage (90%) and then stayed outside for a little longer to watch after 3rd contact. All students had NASA-approved ISO-certified glasses to wear courtesy of an 8th-grade parent and middle school science and art teacher, Mrs. Wasserman.
