Gathering Room Rentals:
Thinking of hosting a party? Consider reserving the Clubhouse Gathering Room. We offer morning, afternoon, and evening rentals. Gathering room rental rates for residents include use of the theater:
Three hours cost $145.00 and then $30 for each additional hour.
The maximum capacity of the gathering room is 60 people.
Theater Only Rental:
Rates for residents are $60 for three hours.
The maximum capacity for the theater is 30 people.
(The theater is free to a resident and up to five of their guests as space allows.)
There are no gathering room or theater rentals between
4 PM and 5 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
Cabana Rentals:
Cabanas can be rented on
Monday – Friday from:
10:00 AM-1:00 PM or
1:00 PM-4:00 PM or
4:00 PM-7:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday Cabana Rental Hours are:
10:00 AM-1:00 PM or
4:00 PM-7:00 PM
The resident cost is $85 for the three hour time slot per cabana. (Times are subject to change depending on sunset.)
Field Rentals:
A portion of the soccer field is available for rentals. The resident rental rate for a portion of the field is $35 per hour.
Non-Residents can rent the field for $70.00 per hour.
For All Rentals:
Any business, friend or relative performing a service (catering, decorating, Djphotography, etc.) must carry valid liability insurance and provide management with a copy of their insurance. Specific requirements apply to the Certificate of Insurance which is noted on the rental agreement.
