Join us to hear from the Director of the Department of Transportation, Lorie Tudor on Friday, January 7, 2021
Keynote Speaker Lorie Tudor's Bio:

The Director of the Department of Transportation is appointed by the State Highway Commission and serves as ARDOT’s chief executive officer. Subject to Commission approval, the Director controls and manages operations relative to the State Highway System and other transportation modes.

After a 37 year career that began in 1981, Lorie Tudor became the Director of the Arkansas Department of Transportation in March of 2020. Her background is in Planning. She is the Chairman of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Committee on Funding and Finance. She was inducted into the University of Arkansas’ Academy of Civil Engineering in 2018 and received AASHTO’s Alfred E. Johnson Achievement Award in 2019. She was appointed to the State Board for Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors in October 2020. Her term will expire in 2023.
