ANDREW MCPEAK

Andrew McPeak is an author, communicator, and researcher on generations. He is the author of three books including Marching off the Map (2017), Generation Z Unfiltered (2019), and his latest: Ready for Real Life: Unpacking the Five Essential Skills Great Leaders Instill in Their Students (2023). After more than a decade of firsthand work with young leaders from public school hallways to the boardrooms of corporate America, Andrew has honed an intimate understanding of the issues today’s leaders face. Leveraging these experiences, Andrew, works to give today’s leaders practical tools and actionable advice for leading in the 21st Century.

Dr. Frederick Williams has been Dublin City Schools’ Superintendent since 2015. With the strategic plan as his guidepost, Dr. Williams is committed to preparing “all students to be effective communicators, problem solvers, and lifelong learners.” He believes in high achievement and success for all students, and under his leadership, the high school graduation rate has increased by 27.4 points. In fact, the Class of 2023’s was Dublin City’s highest ever at 97.7%!
