Emcee for a Celebrity at the all new Charlotte Comedy Zone!!
Creative Loafing has a contest on right now through Friday, July 22nd at midnight that caught my interest.
There is a 3 minute performance spot up for grabs at the August 17th Creative Loafing 'Best Of' awards. But the real prize here is an emcee spot for an upcoming celebrity show at the all new Charlotte Comedy Zone.
You need only submit a 3 minute video clip to compete.

and your BEST FIVE MINUTES and go head to head with your fellow comics for a chance to win a emcee spot at a celebrity performance at the Charlotte Comedy Zone!!
With special guest judge, Joel Pace, a lead booker with The Comedy Zone, the largest chain of comedy clubs in the country.
There is no cover for guests, but comics competing should bring a minimum of 5 guests out. Audience reaction will play a big role in the competition. There is no entry fee to participate, but the field is limited to 10 comics. Call Mike at 336-251-8595 to sign-up.
