Spotlight on Instructional Aides
By monitoring the Teams chats during classes, aides help answer student questions, quickly follow up on inappropriate behavior, and highlight kids who are responsible in their actions. Two students in one class were recognized for their leadership by being named ‘Wizards of the Week’ thanks to help from their Instructional Aide!

Did you know our biggest investment as a PTSA is funding more Instructional Aides to help our teachers and students in many ways? Funding comes from parents and community members, through direct donations, corporate matching, and opportunities like Amazon Smile and "Give with Bing".
