Welcome to the 2021-2022 Membership Year!
Hello Arizona FCCLA Advisers,

We are very excited to welcome you to the 2021-2022 school year! Hopefully, you're settling into routines and some familiarity. The State Executive Council, Board of Directors and State Staff are working diligently to provide you with the necessary tools to recruit, retain and recognize members this year. You'll be receiving Official Welcome Back letters and Desk Calendars in the next few days. The calendars have event dates as well as registration deadlines to make planning this year a bit easier.

Your first step to begin the year is to complete the required Annual Chapter Submission Form. This is available by clicking here. Once you have completed this, you will be able to register for events and affiliate your members. If you are uncertain of your Chapter ID, please contact me, Andrew Kuntz.
Conferences and Events

Please note: Arizona FCCLA will continue to follow the guidance and recommendations of health officials and the direction of the Arizona Department of Education's requirements while hosting events. This may cause Arizona FCCLA to modify events with little notice. Please know that we will provide as much information as possible when it is available. Thank you for your continued understanding and pateince.

State Executive Council Engagement
We're very excited to introduce the series: Minute to Make it Count! This is our State Executive Council engagement initiative. Each Monday beginning August 30th we will release a video approximately one minute long with updates, reminders and events that are happening. They will be posted to our social media platforms and will be available later on our YouTube channel Minute to Make it Count! Playlist. These will be done by our State Executive Council members as a whole, as well as individual Council members, so you can get to know them. Be sure to follow us on social media and subscribe to our YouTube channel for these videos.

Chapter Visits
Due to the uncertainty of individual community, districts and schools allowabilities and/or restrictions, the State Executive Council will no longer be traveling to schools to conduct chapter visits. Our Minute to Make it Count videos will provide much of the information that would be given during a chapter visit, but this way everyone can be up to date, all at the same time.

Chapter Officer Update
The 2021-2022 State Executive Council is excited to offer the Chapter Officer Update - a monthly newsletter developed by the State Executive Council to keep chapter officers up-to-date on the happenings of the organization while sharing ideas to engage and run chapters. For this to be successful, it is requested that advisers provide personal email addresses for their officers. School emails may not accept outside emails. If you are not allowed to collect personal emails from students, please ask them to update their own contact information in the membership portal.
