4 In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the LORD. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not.
Have YOU ever made a promise/deal that in HINDSIGHT you wished you had not???
Ecclesiastes 5:4 (KJV)
4 When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for he hath no pleasure in fools: pay that which thou hast vowed.
Ecclesiastes 5:1-2 (KJV)
1 Keep thy foot when thou goest to the house of God, and be more ready to hear, than to give the sacrifice of fools: for they consider not that they do evil.
2 Be not rash with thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter any thing before God: for God is in heaven, and thou upon earth: therefore let thy words be few.
Can ANYBODY say AMEN!!!???

“HE THAT SWEARETH TO HIS OWN HURT, AND CHANGETH NOT!”
This is just one Verse of many I wish were not recorded in Holy Script!!!!!
I TOO OFTEN stand amazed at what other people do to me-can I get a witness.
A phrase I again use too often is, “We think other people will not do to us what they DO or done to us because WE would not do that to them!!!!!”
BUT, sadly, other people DO do what they do to us regardless of whether we would or would not do to them-AGAIN can I get an AMEN?????
But it is called CHARACTER!!! One either has it or not.....................
Henry Ford was asked, “How can I make my life a success???” His answer:
“IF YOU START A THING, FINISH IT!!!”
If YOU have COMMITTED to a person, thing, job, “JUST DO IT!!!”
My wife and I were DULY WARNED over 21 years ago to not let little Amanda live-to “pull the plug on her.”
We were duly warned that our decision would truly become, and QUICKLY, a life changing decision that we had no earthly idea of the cost.
The head nurse at Kennestone Hospital was absolutely right.
Life is totally made up of CHOICES!! Little decisions often become BIG decisions!!!

I am ELATED/SO HAPPY that over 50 years ago I chose LIFE in Jesus Christ!!
I am ELATED/SO HAPPY that in that same time span I chose to embrace the Biblical concept of TITHING!!!!! TITHING today has become my retirement.
I chose and choose today to put my life and my trust in God and God's provision!!
“ON CHRIST THE SOLID ROCK I STAND!!!
ALL OTHER GROUND IS SINKING SAND!!!!!!!!!!!!”

19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:
20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:
21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
The older I get, (PRAISE THE LORD), the MORE AND MORE I NOW understand the fragility and absolute foolishness of “treasures upon earth!!!!”
The timeless truth of the old adage, “How much money did so and so leave???”
The correct answer is “ALL OF IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
TODAY, CHOOSE LIFE!!!
STOP looking back at past decisions and travel the road you chose!!!!
