We have a new
HEAD CHEF in the form of Paul.
Please welcome Paul(left) when you see him, he will be cooking for you Wednesdays through to Sundays. He joins us with fresh ideas and enthusiasm, from a very experienced background in food, menus and artistic flair.
He joins our kitchen team of Adam, who has been our culinary genius from the inception of the Dairy Cafe, and will be cooking Fridays to Tuesdays, and Neil who is amazing in the kitchen as well as the back of house ordering and organising.
