Just like your dog, we are growing and evolving. In order to maintain the same quality experience you know and love, we are putting some company-wide standards in place to provide a consistent Dogtopia experience across all locations for all pet parents.
We hope you'll read the entire message so you are aware of the upcoming updates. Please note, fees shown relate to Cary.
Daycare Passes & Boarding:
Daycare passes may only be used for daycare. Boarding will be a flat rate fee ($49/night) and must be purchased separately. This way you can keep your daycare days for when you're back from your vacation.
Boarding Pre-payment (Cary-specific):
We will continue to take a non-refundable/non-transferable pre-payment when the boarding stay is booked, with the remaining balance due at drop-off. Please note, the per night price has NOT changed - just the deposit amount - now $25/night! Pre-payment allows you to budget effectively and significantly speed up the check-out process so you can get home sooner to snuggle with your BFFF!
Boarding Drop-off and Check-out:
To get the best value, drop-of your pup as early as you like! As full charges apply on the first day, there is no discount for late drop-offs.
Check-out time is 12pm. After this time, a late-checkout charge of $31 will apply. Daycare passes may be used for late check-outs.
A clean dog is a happy dog!
Dogs play with their mouths and feet, and love to roll around when they are having fun. To keep everyone and everything fragrant we require, at your expense, all boarding dogs to be bathed after every 4th consecutive night. Even if your stay is for less time we strongly encourage you to book an exit bath.
Daily Naptime:
Our lobby hours are 7am-12pm and 2pm-7pm, Monday-Sunday. Naptime is from 12pm-2pm and during this time we are closed for pick-up and drop-off. It's important to allow the dogs to rest without interruption. Additionally, some dogs enjoy lunch and receive important medications during this time.
Half-Day:
AM Half-day is from 7am to 12pm.
Late pick up fees or full day charges will apply if picked up outside of these hours.
Discounts (effective for boarding stays starting 9/1/2017):
10% Discount for multi-dog daycare and boarding*
10% Discount for Boarding stays longer than 5 nights^
* discount valid for total visit or stay
^ discount applied to night 6+
Only one discount applies per dog per visit or stay
Webcams:
Missing your dog while they're at Dogtopia? Our webcams will remain on during all open-play hours, Monday - Saturday. Webcams will not be on during naptime (12pm-2pm) and bedtime.
