CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES & TRAFFIC IMPACTS:

Pine Street

Crews will be working along Pine Street from just south of Lakeside Avenue to just north of Kilburn Street. Starting Monday, Pine Street will be reduced to a single northbound travel lane between Locust Street and Kilburn Street during work hours. All southbound vehicles traveling south of Kilburn Street will be detoured from Pine Street at Kilburn Street to St. Paul Street and will continue along Shelburne Street to Locust Street (Vehicular Traffic Only) or Flynn Avenue (Truck Traffic Only) and back to Pine Street. *The limits of the one-way traffic flow may shorten and shift as the active work zone changes.*

Kilburn Street, Pine Place, and Howard Street will be restricted to right turn only at their intersections with Pine Street. Kilburn Street, Pine Place, Howard Street, and Locust Street will remain open. Marble Avenue will be closed to facilitate sewer work being completed by the City. Locust Street will have intermittent width reductions to facilitate drainage work being completed by the City. This sewer and drainage work is not part of the Champlain Parkway construction. Flaggers will be stationed at each side street to assist motorists. Please see the detour graphic below.
