Amy Brown Brings Energy and Ideas as New Board Chair

As the incoming board chair of the Pauls Valley Chamber of Commerce, Amy Brown of Sooner Home Furnishings is poised to lead the Chamber in the 2024-25 year. Amy is eager to champion the Chamber’s mission to enhance the economic growth of Pauls Valley.

In her own words, Amy shares, “It’s an honor to step into the role of board chair and to have the opportunity to support the Chamber. The Chamber’s work in supporting the business community and partnering with the City of Pauls Valley is pivotal to our collective success.”

Amy’s vision for the Chamber is clear and compelling. “As we look ahead, our focus will be on education, promotion, and development. We will continue to focus on networking events and educational opportunities for our members. We want to hear more from our members on the services that they would like the Chamber to provide.”

Her enthusiasm for her new role is palpable. “I am thrilled to lead the Chamber and to work alongside our dedicated members. Together, we will build on the strong foundation laid by those who came before us, ensuring that Pauls Valley remains true to our rich traditions that make our city a great place to live, work, and do business.”

Amy started serving on the Chamber Board in January 2023 and she has been a committed Board member since then, having participated in planning and execution of many Chamber initiatives including the Lunch & Learn Life Planning Series, downtown business promotions and networking events.
