As part of our continued effort to educate and inform area voters, we are hosting a free "Meet the Candidate" event for the following legislative seats:

House District 76

House District 90

It takes place on Wednesday, September 6, from 5 PM to 7 PM at Pinewood Country Club in Slidell. There will be a cash bar.

Also, stay tuned for a similar event to be held on Thursday, September 14, on the west side of the parish.

In order to help our members and community make an informed choice before going to the polls, we proudly share with you the videos of two candidate forums held in August. One event had both Parish President candidates—incumbent Mike Cooper and Slidell Mayor Greg Cromer— presenting their platform and how they would address issues facing St. Tammany Parish. The other event included legislative candidates running for House Districts 74, 89 and 104. District 74 included Louis Dutel, Peter Egan and Buffie Singletary; District 89 included Joshua Allison, Kim Carver, Hugh Cassidy and Scott Nowicki; and District 104 included Jay Galle and John Raymond.
