Potential Income Earning Partnership with IdentoGo

IdentoGo has a contract to provide finger printing services in the state of Massachusetts for the MA Executive Office of Safety and Security to provide and assist all the educators, medical, childcare, state, professionals, and agencies get fingerprinted for employment and background checks reasons. They are searching for a new local business partner in the Taunton area to assist in the finger printing process to help all the educators, healthcare workers, childcare workers, state workers, etc., get back to work.

A potential partnership with IdentoGo would benefit you in several ways, including extra income, additional foot traffic and an opportunity to help the community by providing an essential service. The volume for this area would be at a minimum of 500 people per month and could be as much as 700+ people per month. For more information, contact Andrew Elmore at Andrew.elmore@us.idemia.com.

The December 31 deadline to apply for Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL) is fast approaching, and SBA is asking applicants to apply sooner to avoid issues or delays. To learn more about EIDL, EIDL Targeted Advance and Supplemental Targeted Advance or to apply, please visit the links below.

There are still billions of dollars still available to help small businesses hard hit by the pandemic. You may be eligible to receive up to $15,000 in funding from SBA that does not need to be repaid. Apply here.

FY22 Travel & Tourism Recovery Grant: Now Open

The Massachusetts Office of Travel & Tourism has announced the FY22 Travel and Tourism Recovery (TTR) Grant Program. Funded at $4 million through the Tourism Trust Fund, the TTR Grant Program is the implementation of FY22 funding by the MA Legislature to strengthen the economy of Massachusetts through the development and enhancement of the state’s tourism industry. TTR Grants are dedicated to marketing campaigns and initiatives that increase consumer spending, support local businesses, and advance communities’ COVID-19 economic recovery efforts in Massachusetts. The grant will provide funding for creative marketing solutions that aid in the recovery and align with MOTT’s statewide My Local MA campaign.

Applications for this competitive funding grant will be accepted through MOTT’s online application portal from December 1, 2021 through January 19, 2022 at 5PM. Awards will be announced in March 2022.

Webinar: Affordable, Flexible Health Coverage for Small Businesses

The Massachusetts Health Connector is here in support of small businesses and employees to make sure you know about the affordable and cost-saving health insurance options available through www.MAhealthconnector.org/business.

Join the Massachusetts Small Business Development Center (MSBDC) on Thursday, December 16th from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. for a webinar on Affordable, Flexible Health Coverage for Small Businesses.

How can this session help you?
This information session will focus on health insurance options available to small businesses and their employees through Health Connector for Business. They will also review the options available for individuals and families who are not eligible for coverage through their small employer.

• Coverage options for small employers through Health Connector for Business
• Flexible Employee Choice models
• Exclusive cost-saving benefits through the Health Connector for Business such as the ConnectWell rebate program and the Small Business Tax Credit

Accepting Applications for the Tax Incentive Program

To ensure Massachusetts remains the hub for life sciences activity, the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center (MLSC) is excited to announce the latest round of its Tax Incentive program to create long-term jobs, build a robust workforce, and propel the development of new therapies, devices, and scientific advancements that are improving patient health and well-being.
