Opening Reception: Saturday, Sept 16, 6:30 - 8:00 pm

Three artists manifest scenes of ecosystems and the life that they nurture. Joan Kocak returns with dreamy photo encaustics of koi ponds. Allison Mitchell uses oils to dive into the folds and layers of her botanical subjects. Rebekah Robinson shows intimate and reflective waterways from the perspective of the contemplative mind.

The Concord Players presents Richard II

September 9, 10, 16 & 17 at 5:00 pm Outdoors at the Concord Library

September 15 at 7:00 pm Indoors at 51 Walden Street


This lesser known, but beautifully poetic play, written around the same time as 'Midsummer', follows the deposition of Richard by his cousin, Henry Bolingbroke (later Henry IV) and begins an inherently dramatic series of events that covers 185 years of English history and eight Shakespeare plays.



Admission is Free! Bring a lawn chair or blanket to the library. Rain venue will be at 51 Walden Street.
