As the dog days of Summer are still upon us, are you catching those last days at the beach? Maybe chilling out poolside or taking hikes on mountain trails?

Usually by the time the weather changes we are ready for our other seasonal activities, many of them indoors. All year long we are working on changes to homes, taking the time to plan exactly what needs to be done collaboratively with our clients. And of course, its all about planning!

We have lots of new projects starting up, and we approach them all the same way by helping our clients to envision the end result. Whether its working with developers on spec house design, renovating kitchens and baths, to refreshing family living spaces and offices, we use technology to help everyone imagine the end result.

How We Are Helping Our Clients

~ 3 Project Highlights ~

NEW YORK SPEC HOUSE

This beautiful house is going to be built on a wooded lot in New York, just outside of Manhattan. To help prospects envision the completed style of the exterior, we created a 3D Photo Realistic Rendering from the architects line drawings.

We collaborated with the developer as to the material colors and details, and then brought the black and white 2D line drawings to life. We know it is going to look beautiful when completed!

CROTON-ON-HUDSON RENOVATION

Its hard to believe that I was in this house 18 years ago with the previous owners. During child playdates, we would imagine how her dream kitchen will look one day and discussed other ideas on the wish list.

How exciting that I get to make these great changes with the new homeowners! Kitchen, Bath, and Living Room renovations are our first priority for Phase 1. Take a look at some of our plans.

Did I mention we just LOVE our job?

Reducing the size of laundry room allowed for a proper table and chairs. Removed an odd closet by the slider for more cabinetry and storage

Cabinetry from the 80's. Will be nice to remove the soffits as well above the upper cabinets.

PAWLING, NY

We are excited to help this soon to be family of five enjoy their spacious 5,000 sq. ft. home on 10 acres of property in Pawling, NY with views of neighboring horse farms.

Our immediate project is to design the office for their growing business. Since the room is large, we will add a half bath, kitchenette, and a sound barrier glass wall around the main office. We cant wait to get started with the renovation and specifications!
