Looking for a low-risk investment opportunity with an added bonus of helping others?! Then a certificate from IUMF is for you! With a certificate, an individual or church earns money while their invested funds become available to loan to Iowa churches.

Our loans have helped build new Sunday School classrooms, install wheelchair ramps, make parking lots safer, and repair storm damage, just to name a few. Learn more here.

Hunger relief grants open July 1st

Carma Mohler Grants are awarded annually to organizations across Iowa that are working to eliminate food insecurity in their communities.

We recently caught up with 2023 recipient Waterloo Food Nook and learned how they are using their grant to help feed their neighbors.

Applications for 2024 Carma Mohler Grants will be accepted July 1st - October 1st.
