Irrigation Water
We're starting to recieve water and plan to start things up on Monday, April 15th. Please keep a watch out for leaks and report them to management. Signs will be posted once we confirm water is on.
The community is implementing a watering schedule to help distribute water evenly throughout the community, so that pressure is maintained for everyone. When too many homes water at the same time it draws down the system rapidly, and can cause the system to shut down until it can recover or be re-set. Please make note of your watering days and try to stick them as best as possible:
- Even ending addresses water Mon, Wed, Fri
- Odd ending addresses water Tues, Thur, Sat
Spring Reminders
We all have busy schedules, but please make sure you get ACC approval before completing any projects, by filling out the ACC from found online. We happily encourage residents to plant flowers or replace plants that are not going to make it back from winter, but adding concrete, planting additional trees, or putting up pergolas and sheds should all be approved in advance.
Please also remember as you start getting out campers, trailers, RVs, boats, and other fun items for servicing that these must not be out in view for more than 24 hours at a time.
5K Run/Walk & Kids Dash
Don't forget to mark your calendar for June 15, for the 2nd Annual Century Farm 5K Run/Walk & Kids Dash. This date will sneak up on you, so it's time to start preparing now. we had just a great turnout last year and are eager to see even more people this year. Get more details and sign up online.
