Let all the earth fear the Lord; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him! For he spoke, and it came to be; he commanded, and it stood firm. Psalm 33:8-9

Ellis is married to Elliott and they have three energetic, fun-loving kids, John Ellis (5), Janie (3), and Ollie (2). Ellis is a graduate of Boyce College where he received his Bachelors in Biblical & Theological Studies. He is currently pursuing his MDiv from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is the assistant pastor of children/families and recreation, and is responsible for seeing our church grow through investing in kindergarten to 5th grade children and their families, as well as overseeing the recreation ministries at the church. His desire is to see the families in our church grow in their relationship with Christ by equipping them to worship God together and to use recreation to reach those who have not yet come to know Christ. He loves all things Florida State, pranking his coworkers, and his wife, although not in that order!

A Wise Heart Numbers Its Days
Psalm 90, Exodus 20, Eph. 6
Sunday, May 12, 2024
Parents: Number Your Days to Be Wise About Redeeming Time
· Time is precious and must be redeemed.
· Time is precious because it is in short supply.
· Time is precious because it is uncertain.
· Time is precious because once spent, it can never be recovered.
Kids: Number Your Days to Be Wise About Respecting Authority.
· Command for Younger Children … Obey.
· Command for Adult Children . . . Honor.

This Summer, in addition to Bryan bringing our message on Sundays, we are also excited to welcome other Pastors to fill the pulpit. We eagerly anticipate wisdom and inspiration that will flow from the hearts of these dedicated men as they share God's Word with our congregation. This season promises to be filled with diverse perspectives and spiritual growth as we open our hearts and minds to the messages that each Pastor has been called to deliver.

UPDATE FROM THE LAW'S IN KENYA
Dear Bryan and Central family,
"We arrived safely here at the Kapsowar Mission last night with everyone well and all luggage and supplies. We have already had many express gratitude for supplies and needs that were made possible through your generous support. John Piper stated that “missions exists because worship doesn’t”. We have been so blessed to be a part of mission hospitals like AIC Kapsowar that exist to proclaim the gospel and actively worship in so many ways. Thank you all again for all of your support and your ongoing prayers. "
"In Christ’s love, Bret, Anna, Caleb and Elizabeth"
| |
Bret, Anna, Elizabeth and Caleb Law are currently serving at Kapsowar Hospital located in a remote area of northwestern Kenya about 60 miles from the Uganda border.

Your copy should address 3 key questions: Who am I writing for (audience)? Why should they care (benefit)? What do I want them to do (call-to-action)?
Create a great offer by adding words like "free," "personalized," "complimentary," or "customized." A sense of urgency often helps readers take action, so consider inserting phrases like "for a limited time only" or "only 7 remaining!"
