We provide this information to give you easy access to reading the traditional weekly chapter from the Torah (five Books of Moses).
If you take few minutes to read one portion every week, you'll accomplish reading the entire Torah in one year.

The Jewish Calendar of Biblical Feasts
The Hebrew word describing the "appointed times" in the Biblical text is "MO-A-DIM". This word comes from the root M.A.D. which depicts the concept of "tripping" or "putting an obstacle in front of someone". Why would the word for holiday, or appointed time or feast, allude to a concept of putting an obstacle before someone? G-d knows the nature of man, which is to look at the material benefits of work. If it were left up to man, he would continue to work and labor continuously as long as he could. G-d needs to put these "obstacles" before him to get him to stop and devote some of his time to things that are beyond the physical and material. Doing some of the spiritual work and getting closer to his creator comes only during these times when man is ordered to stop and celebrate.

The best and most creative way to learn the language of the Bible: letter by letter, word after word do what the Kings of Israel were commanded to do!
As the Kings of Israel were ordered to take the time to write their own Torah, so can you become now more intimate with the Word by experiencing this divine hands-on method of learning.
Participants in this learning program will have Internet access to the following:
- Instructions on how to prepare for writing your own Torah.
- Guidance on how to write the Hebrew letters and how to scribe them using a calligraphy or regular pen.
- A Hebrew Letter Practice Charts designed to teach you, stroke by stroke how to write each Hebrew letter properly and majestically.
- Instructions on tools and materials needed for this work.
- A portion of the Hebrew text of the Bible, in clear beautiful font, to copy from as well as an English translation next to it.
- Narration of the audio file of the text at hand, read twice, one time in regular speed and the second time in slow speed to allow comprehension and repetition of each word.
- Instructional videos to demonstrate the COYOT method of study. This Internet platform allows for regularly developing and supplementing new information and learning material.
- Access to your teacher who will review copies of your work, answer any specific question and give you constructive encouragement to complete the project.
- Receive a Certificate of completion at each milestone you accomplish.
- Interact, meet new friends, and share your experience with other participants on an International network of Torah and Hebrew learners. Be a part of this group of people who experience the same revelations as you do while having the fun and great satisfaction of becoming intimate with the very text of the Torah.
This experiential project is designed to help each participant to take charge of their learning process. By properly hand copying each letter, word and verse of the Bible and pronouncing them out loud you will train your brain to think in the language of the Bible like no other method can. EVP
Emergency Volunteers Project
Here is an opportunity to go to Israel, see and learn more than any tour could possibly offer.
The AVP program is training Firefighters, Medical Teams, Bomb Shelter Teams, Infrastructure, Food Distribution & Aid Team to be ready to deploy in a time of need.
The Emergency Volunteers Project (EVP) is training highly qualified individuals and groups spanning national, ethnic and religious boundaries that in time of national emergency are willing and able to come to Israel and work with Israeli emergencies services and municipalities.
The EVP is seeking to recruit firefighters, paramedics, nurses, psychologists, social workers, Security personnel, plumbers, electricians, building inspectors and volunteers to prepare and distribute aid and food to those in bomb shelters or confined to their homes.
The goal of EVP is to reinforce local Israeli emergency services and to provide additional professional manpower necessary to respond to emergencies and to save lives.
The EVP special training insures the integration of volunteers into their designated services in time of emergency and bring about a smooth and productive integration to maximize their effectiveness.
Each volunteer is brought into the inner circle of those who are involved in guarding the physical safety of the people of Israel. EVP provides a comprehensive, hands on training, education and personal experience that are unmatched by any tour or mere travel program. You'll learn about the dangers facing the Jewish people, how to be a guardian and provide help in time of emergency, learn Hebrew and history, make new life-long friends and travel to see parts of Israel outside of the beaten path.
