  • February 4 - National Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast Day
  • February 7 - National Send a Card to a Friend Day
  • February 9 - Read in the Bathtub Day
  • February 15 - World Hippo Day
  • February 17 - Random Acts of Kindness Day
  • February 20 - National Love Your Pet Day
  • February 26 - Tell a Fairy Tale Day

SYEP Applications Opening Soon

TGP's Summer Youth Employment Program applications will open to GISD high school students soon! The Georgetown Project partners with local businesses to offer paid summer internships that offer valuable work experiences in entry-level employment positions for students. Spring Semester at the NEST

The semester is full steam ahead at the NEST! The kids have a full calendar of enrichment activities that are made possible by our many wonderful volunteers. Click the calendar to enlarge and see what the NESTlings are up to this spring.

Free Parent-Child Expressive Arts Activities

Kids in 1st-5th grades and their parents/caregivers are invited to join us on select Mondays for free parent-child expressive arts activities!

Mondays, 4:30-5:30pm

TBCH's Suzanne Wood will lead art projects that get the conversation flowing about feelings, worries, resilience, and more. These activities help parents build deeper connections with their children through fun, creative activities.
