The Samaritan Center’s Advisory Committee hosted the 18th Annual Bernard & Betty Egan Memorial Golf Classic. The golf outing took place Friday, May 31, 2024, at the Indian River Club. Bernard Egan and his wife Betty were the co- founding members of the Samaritan Center who realized the need to help homeless families in Indian River County. We are very thankful to all of our sponsors! Especially, our ACE Sponsor, the Bernard A. Egan Foundation, who generously matched all sponsorships dollar to dollar. 26 teams totaling 102 golfers enjoyed a gorgeous day of golfing, lunch and an Awards Ceremony. Special thanks to our door and grand prize donors, golf course foursome certificate donors and over 32+ fabulous, dedicated volunteers. The golf outing event was a tremendous success. The proceeds will support the Samaritan Center’s general operating budget.
