As we enter the second quarter of 2024, the New York City building industry is starting to feel the impacts of climate-focused legislation and regulations coming into effect this year. We also recently rolled out a new service offering, Owner's Representative for Multi-family Decarbonization. This new service offers owners and operators of existing NYC multi-family buildings a single partner to drive decarbonization and electrification retrofit projects from conception through construction. We will develop and implement property-tailored decarbonization pathways to meet your building’s priorities and financial considerations.
