By Tim Huff, President & CEO, TLG
I am excited to announce that Dr. Bill Dickinson, one of our esteemed Senior Consultants, just published his first book, Optimizing Self: A Guided Workbook to Elevate Your Impact as a Leader.
I share this because the contents and self-application activities of the book support self-leadership and awareness; all of which are foundational to the leadership programs and coaching that we do.
Bill Dickinson’s book does a couple of things:
1. Addresses relevant thought leadership and best practices needed for business & people leadership today.
2. Enables the reader to explore their self-awareness, personal brand, and professional value proposition (their “why”) more fully. The result is confidence and clarity.
I am endorsing his work because I believe that Optimizing Self can benefit all our stakeholders.

We were joined by Thought Leader and Strategist Neil Jensen, Workday, who shared valuable insights around AI and how it is transforming business and what every HR professional needs to know in order to embrace this ever-evolving technology. We had a great time networking and mingling the incredible Atlanta HR community, and we're looking forward to the next event!
