Township residents can use the industrial cardboard compactor at the Municipal Center to break down and recycle holiday boxes. Read the guidelines below, and click the photo above for more information.

No need to worry - Vogel will collect live Christmas trees and dispose of them properly.
Be sure to take all ornaments, tinsel, lights, and all other non-organic materials off the tree before placing at the curb. Vogel will only pick up live trees.
CELEBRATE THE FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS
Celebrate Chanukah with a festive public lighting of a nine-foot tall menorah on the Municipal Center front lawn at 5 p.m. Thursday, December 7.
The Cranberry Township Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Advisory (IDEA) Team will host Cookies & Conversation from 6:30-8 p.m. Thursday, December 14 in the Senior Center at the Cranberry Township Municipal Center, 2525 Rochester Road. Bring some cookies, collect some fun! Click link for details.
As the Library celebrates its 50th anniversary, the community’s continued support is more important than ever. Via the annual fundraising campaign, residents can continue supporting a community staple that promotes and supports lifelong learning, sharing, collaboration, creativity, and discovery.
Snow Angels are seasonal volunteers who assist residents by removing snow from their properties. Each Snow Angel (individual or group) is paired with a residential ‘match’ and visits the property throughout the winter months to ensure that walk/driveways remain clear.
Cranberry Township will host a Seasonal Job Fair from 2:30-6:30 p.m. Thursday, January 4 in the Franklin Station Room at the Township Municipal Center, 2525 Rochester Road. Township departments will be on-site to answer questions. Applications will be accepted, and interviews may be conducted.

Parents and students can learn about the exciting educational opportunities at Cranberry Township’s Early Learning Center during an Open House from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, January 9, 2024, inside the Municipal Center.
The Learning Center has become one of the most popular childhood destinations in the region! Check for registration dates, before a waitlist begins.
Vogel Disposal Service, the Township’s contracted sanitation company, will issue resident violation cards for those not following curbside collection rules. The cards are either yellow, green, or pink depending on the violation.
Township Offices, Parks & Recreation, and the Cranberry Library will be closed December 25 and 31.
Trash will be delayed by one day.
