CONVERSATION STARTERS | Women's History Month

During the month of March, we are excited to celebrate Women's History Month! This month highlights how women in history and society have contributed to today's world. March recognizes women's dedication and accomplishments, which has helped develop a culture of empowerment. We encourage you to reflect with your match on women who have had an impact on you, and the importance of women's history month.

  1. What has influenced your beliefs about femininity, empowerment, or equality?
  2. What is the importance of mentorship for women and girls?
  3. What impact has women's history had on the world?

For more conversation starters, tools, and resources check out our Mentoring Road Map.

COLLEGE EXPLORATION

SATs & PSATs

This past week, juniors took the SATs during their school day. Many 9th and 10th-grade protégés also took the PSAT. This is a great time for matches to reflect on how the test went and set goals for preparing for future test dates. Juniors who would like to take the SAT test again before the fall 2023 SAT day, typically held in October, should inquire with their school counselors about any available vouchers to cover testing costs.
