Happy Disability Pride Month... I hope you are doing well, staying safe, and enjoying summer so far! This is Gaelynn Lea and I owe you a much more in-depth newsletter recapping Macbeth, a book update, and life in general... I haven't written since January!

But tonight I am already heading to bed because I want to be FRESH tomorrow for Disability Unite Festival! This is an amazing one-day event at the Central Park Bandshell in NYC featuring some excellent disabled performers: Blessing Offor, Lachi, Wheelchair Sports Camp, and Yours Truly!

The best thing is that if you can't attend it live, you can watch it online! Below are the details... I really hope you can tune in for this celebration of Disability Pride! And I promise to write more soon.

Create “A Future Of Inclusion” at the third annual Disability Unite Festival! Together we will  celebrate Disability Pride Month and mark the 32nd anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act! Let's envision a world where inclusion is embraced on every level.
