PRIME-TIME PTO

B1. Prime-Time. PTO “Prime-Time” is defined as May 15 to September 15 of each year. All requests for time off during the prime-time season shall be submitted from January 1 through February 28 each year. Prime-time requests, submitted by February 28 will be granted with Seniority being the determining factor, subject to paragraph C. Employees, who do not submit their request by the primetime end date of February 28, may submit in writing, their request for prime-time PTO consideration. These requests shall be handled on a first-come, first-serve basis and the Employer shall respond in writing no later than 14 days after the request was submitted. However, Employees requesting single or multiple days (less than a week) shall not be unreasonably denied the time off.

THE DEADLINE FOR REQUESTS GRANTED WITH SENIORITY BEING THE DETERMINATING FACTOR MUST BE SUBMITTED BY FEBRUARY 28th. AFTER FEBRUARY 28th, REQUESTS MAY BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING FOR PRIMETIME PTO CONSIDERATION.
