It is with a mix of gratitude, pride, joy, and sadness that I write my last 'Message from the Dean' here, as I prepare for a different role as provost in another institution.
Looking back on my three years with CHP, I would simply like to say Thank you.
Thank you for the privilege of having helped to support such amazing students.
Thank you for the joy of having worked with such dedicated faculty and staff throughout the University and especially within CHP and the leadership in the dean’s team...leadership which I know will continue to serve CHP and our mission well in the future. I am proud to have worked with such a great team.
Thank you for the wonderful collaborations with colleague deans and accomplished faculty, staff, and administrators throughout the University, all truly centered on opportunitas for our students, graduates, and each other’s professional development.
Thank you to CHP’s devoted Advisory Board and our hundreds of clinical partner sites, preceptors, and thousands of alumni.
While I won’t be here in the fall, I know CHP’s amazing work will continue and you will have a great academic year to look forward to! I hope you enjoy this edition of Catching up with CHP and LSN and share in the joy of celebrating just a few highlights of the many spring accomplishments in CHP.
Warm wishes,
Marcus
