Guide Dog Foundation and America’s VetDogs, sister Long Island-based national nonprofit organizations that provide service and guide dogs to veterans, first responders, active-duty service members, and to those who are blind, low vision, or with other disabilities, at no cost, will host their Second Annual Open House on Tuesday, July 23 from 3:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at their campus in Smithtown, New York. The event will include guide and service dog demonstrations, program graduates giving testimonials, informational tables on puppy raising, various local volunteer opportunities, tours of the facility, and more!
